White fish with broccoli & red capsicum

Fish is the best source of omega-3 fats, essential for healthy growing brains. Thisdish is full of protein, iron, zinc and vitamin C.

30g white fish fillet
25g red capsicum
25 g broccoli
1 sprig of parsley
Flake fish, removing any bones.

Wash and finely chop broccoli andcapsicum, removing any seed andtough fibres.

Steam together with parsley and fish for10 minutes.

Blend with a hand mixer.

Allow to cool and then serve.
