Tropical spirulina smoothie

Spirulina is a fantastic superfood that helps boost your immune system and helps protect you from cancers. Spirulina also helps boost energy levels and is a great source of protein, iron, and B vitamins.

1 frozen banana,
1 cup of pineapple pieces
1 medium mango
1 cup of fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon spirulina

Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.

Serves 2.
