Poached chicken with pumpkin & apple

This dish is packed with protein, iron, zinc and beta-carotene, essential for healthy growth and immune function.

2 organic chicken tenderloins
1 small dessert apple
100g butternut pumpkin

Peel, core and dice apple and pumpkin.

Finely dice chicken, removing any skin.

Place all ingredients in a steamer for 10 minutes, until chicken well cooked (no pink). Blend with a hand mixer.

Add some water for a thinner consistency.

Allow to cool and then serve.
