Fruity baby rice porridge

This porridge makes an ideal first food for babies, rich in energy-giving complex carbohydrates and essential vitamins.

2 Tbsp baby rice cereal

1 Tbsp of your baby’s favouritefruit puree (apricot, banana, apple, or pear)

Mix rice cereal with some breast milk or luke warm water until it forms a smooth runny paste. Stir through fruit puree and serve.
