Baby muesli

This tasty muesli is the perfect way for your baby to start the day, packed with fibre for good digestion, protein for healthy growth and development, and beneficial fats needed for optimal brain function.

4 Tbsp rolled oats
1 small dessert apple or pear
1 Tbsp sultanas
6 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp finely ground nuts or seeds(avoid if family history of nut allergies)
Peel, core and dice fruit.
Soak oats in milk overnight.
Steam apple or pear with sultanas for 10minutes until soft.
Mix with a hand blender.
Allow to cool then serve.
